Villa rates

The Villa is rented on a weekly base from Saturday to Saturday. These rates include 3 hours of daily cleaning with a maid and breakfast (excluding Sundays). Upon request, a cooking, shopping and butler service is also available.

Farmhouse Terms of Use

Rates include: Water, electricity and gas for cooking. Parking and use of the swimming pool (open from mid April to the 30th of September), weekly change of towels and linen. Extra change of towels and linen is charghed at 8 euro.

To reserve

  • Deposit of 30% by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), bank transfer, postal order or travel cheque. The deposit is just for guarantee, the total settlement will be paid on arrival at Cabbiavoli. We accept payment by cash, cheque, credit card (Visa) and PayPal PayPal payment
  • Security deposit of €150.00 payable on arrival

    • Cancellation policy

    • For cancellations from 120 dd on arrival to 61 dd on arrival, we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
    • For cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival, we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
    • For cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival, we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
    • No-show has to pay 100% of total price.
